By submitting a booking request to Inai Kasih Sdn. Bhd. ("Inai Kasih", "we", "us"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding contract once a booking is confirmed in writing by Inai Kasih.
A booking is not confirmed until: • You receive a written confirmation email from Inai Kasih, and • The RM 500 deposit has been received and cleared. Inai Kasih reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.
A non-refundable deposit of RM 500 is required within 3 business days of receiving your booking confirmation to secure your event date. Failure to pay the deposit within this period may result in your date being released to another client without further notice. The deposit is deducted from your total balance.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event date. Accepted payment methods: online bank transfer (FPX), DuitNow QR, and major credit/debit cards via our secure payment gateway. Invoices will be provided upon request. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
If you cancel your booking: • More than 60 days before the event: deposit forfeited; no further charge. • 31–60 days before the event: deposit forfeited + 25% of the remaining balance. • 14–30 days before the event: deposit forfeited + 50% of the remaining balance. • Fewer than 14 days before the event: full booking amount is due. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to bookings@inaikasih.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
In the unlikely event that Inai Kasih is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, we will: • Offer a mutually agreed alternative date at no extra charge, or • Provide a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit. In the case of events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure — including natural disasters, government restrictions, or civil emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule. No refunds will be issued for force majeure cancellations, but dates will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
You may request one complimentary date change up to 30 days before the original event date, subject to availability. Requests within 30 days of the event are subject to a RM 200 administration fee. A second date change will incur the same fee regardless of notice period.
The services provided are as described in the package selected at the time of booking. Any additions, extensions, or upgrades requested on the day of the event are subject to availability and will be charged accordingly. Inai Kasih will arrive at the venue no later than 90 minutes before the agreed setup time. The Client is responsible for providing a suitable power supply and adequate space for the photobooth installation.
All photographs and digital assets captured during the event remain the property of the Client. Inai Kasih may request permission to use selected images for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. You may withhold or withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us in writing. Inai Kasih retains the right to use event data (anonymised) for internal reporting and service improvement.
Inai Kasih's liability to the Client is limited to the total amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the provision of our services. We strongly recommend that the Client arranges their own wedding insurance to cover all vendors.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
