Inai Kasih Sdn. Bhd. ("Inai Kasih", "we", "us") operates the inaikasih.my website and the Inai Kasih iOS application. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We collect information you provide directly: • Email address — when you create an owner account or make a booking enquiry. • Name — when you upload a photo as a guest (optional, can be left blank). • Photos and videos — photos you upload to a wedding wall or take in our photo booth. • Location — approximate location when you use the "Near me" feature in the iOS app, with your permission. We do not store your location after the session ends.
We use your information to: • Operate the live photo wall and photobooth services. • Send you booking confirmations and event reminders. • Allow couples to moderate and manage their wedding wall. • Improve our app and website experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Photos uploaded to a wedding wall are stored securely on Supabase (hosted in Singapore). Photos remain accessible for the duration of the wall subscription (1 year for Sayang, 5 years for Kasih, indefinite for Kekal). Wall owners may delete photos at any time. Guest-uploaded photos are not linked to an account and cannot be retrieved by name.
We share information only as necessary to operate the service: • Supabase (database and storage infrastructure) • Vercel (web hosting) • Apple (iOS app distribution via TestFlight and the App Store) All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements consistent with PDPA (Malaysia) requirements.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate personal data. • Withdraw consent for data processing. • Request deletion of your data. Our website uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics on the wall viewer pages.
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a wedding wall contains photos of children, this is at the direction of the account holder (the couple) who is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active account holders by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
